Shipping Information:

Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. All orders require a 72 hours for processing and packaging if in stock during normal business days Monday - Friday. Some items may be on back order and could require additional processing and packaging time that are out of our control. In the event that the product that you have ordered has been back ordered or is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible. All products require a shipping and handling charge be paid prior to your order being processed. Some orders may require additional shipping and handling charges dependant on weight (forklift charges) Residential or commercial drop off, changes in product weight or changes to shipping and handling charges which are out of our control. In the event that shipping charges are incorrect we reserve the right to make changes at any time before your order will be processed. In the event that shipping charges are incorrect we will notify you by email or telephone call of the needed additional fees required to process your transaction. When ordering has been confirmed you will recieve conformation of shipment and tracking number by email or by telephone. We have a minimum shipping charge of $10.00 and there is a $30.00 minimum on all orders.

Return Policy If your not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a replacement, or exchange when you notify us within 7 days of your delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. To receive a full refund of the items ordered, items must be unopened, in new condition and returned in original shipping containers. Products returned that are defective or are damaged or are not restock-able will not receive a refund. Returns must be complete with all accessories. Misuse or negligence or failing to follow the proper use of the product are not covered under this policy and will not be refundable. Items deemed not defective and are restock-able will be charged a 25% restocking fee if items have been opened and not shipped back to us as stated above. We will only refund shipping cost on products that we determine to be defective.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, or any kind with respect to our products sold on this website. You agree that the maximum amount of liability to Rescue CPR and Disaster Preparedness It's owners, employees and representatives shall be the cost of the product purchased.

SALES TAX

All orders in California require a sales tax rate of 7.25% and 7.75% in Riverside County. Customers are responsible for District taxes that may apply to county's throughout California and the other 49 states.
